The 7th and 8th grade students have been focusing on scene work and monologues this term. So far each students performed in one scene and one monologue. Currently they are working on a Readers Theater scene which emphasizes the use of character through voice and story telling. They will be performing their scenes on Friday.
Next week the students will start work on their second monologues. Students will have the opportunity to either do a classical monologue or a song from musical theater.
